We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order is not printed exactly as you approved it, or if the product is defective, we will reprint your order or provide a full refund.

Custom Products

Because our products are custom-printed with your specific logo and branding, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or printing errors. We do not offer returns for:

  • Typos or spelling errors in the artwork you approved
  • Incorrect color selection (unless the printed color differs significantly from the approved proof)
  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  2. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  3. Provide photos of the issue (defective items, printing errors, etc.) to [email protected].
  4. Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours with a resolution.

Blank Samples

We understand you may want to see a product before ordering in bulk. We offer blank samples for most items. Samples can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
